Hi Darren,

it's always the question what you need the CMS for.
Do you need workflow, how much user, budget, technical things and so on.

So there can't be the best.

Personally I would never suggest Typo3.=20
For smaller installation there are many other better system like the
mentioned.
Or CMS like Joomla, etc.

For bigger installations=20

I agree rather vague question there.

Someone asked me to recommend a "good / complete" CMS=20
that can be customised.

I use DIY CMSs so I don't know any off the shelves that I can recommend.

I want to hear stuff like I use xxx and it's briallaint because yyy.

I have also heard negative things about Typo3 too, I'll look at modxcms =
and
any other that people here recommend.

we really should have a top 10 +/- 6 list.
